Interlocking practice and discourse
In this publication, experts from various disciplines who deal with the development of institutions as learning systems have their say. They take a look at how learning processes can be initiated and further developed in art institutions. They not only deal with theory, but also look at the practice of institutions that have set out to create learning spaces themselves.

A particular focus is on experimental approaches and feedback formats that go hand in hand with co-creation and collective learning processes in art institutions. As part of her research work, Anahita Neghabat, the first researcher in residence of the KinderKunstLabor (August 2023 to February 2024), shows how methodological diversity and participatory processes can provide new impetus for institutional learning. Her contribution Let the Material Lead! Co-creation through Methodological Diversity at the KinderKunstLabor opens up new perspectives on the learning process and its link to artistic practice in the KinderKunstLabor.
