The One Lab
A Space for Exploration and Discovery
Would you like to lie down, roll, stand, or play at the light table? There is no right or wrong here. You decide how you want to experience the space. The popular velour wall continues to invite you to leave traces, lines, and drawings behind. What does it feel like to create something bigger than yourself? What marks would you like to leave?
In the other laboratory and the one laboratory, visitors are invited to experiment, create, and discover. Spinning tops whirl, wobble, and come to rest again. Ribbons and strings become lines, shapes, and patterns that are transformed into large-scale projections, creating ever-changing visual worlds. Here, change itself becomes part of the creative process. The frosted windows can also be drawn on and gradually evolve into a collective artwork shaped by many hands. A rotating drawing surface offers even more possibilities: as you draw, the image moves, lines overlap, and the process of creation remains visible.
