Lorena Moreno Vera

Lorena Moreno Vera is an interdependent curator and writer living and working between Vienna and Mexico City. She holds a Master's degree in Critical Studies from the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Her work explores alternative narratives through sonic and visual phenomena at the intersection of feminist theory and the philosophy of science. She has curated numerous exhibitions and collaborated with institutions and independent projects in Mexico, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United States, and Australia.

At KinderKunstLabor, Lorena Moreno Vera curated the exhibitionShadow Catchers, a nocturnal garden and collaborative ecosystem where shifting soundscapes, light, shadows, and fantastical creatures invite visitors to explore new ways of relating to one another and to the natural world.
