LitGes-Tagebuchtag
LitGes Diary Day: Children Create Their StoriesDescription
Based on books such as Anne Frank and her diary ‘Kitty’ or Greg's Diary, which already reveals its content in the title, children and families were invited by the Literary Society of St. Pölten (LitGes) to write down and record their own diary entries and stories of their experiences in workshops.
A major concern here is that creative writing should become a matter of course at any age and open up new possibilities for expression.
Corinna A. Bergmann and Tatjana Eichinger present diary entries and drawings, which were written, painted and designed by children and young people, accompanied by music. They will soon be published in issue 101 of etcetera (theme: ‘UNSTERBLICH’ [IMMORTAL]).
The presentation of the drawings and a reading from individual texts will take place in the library of the KinderKunstLabor on Thursday, 30 October 2025, from 4 to 5pm.
Admission to this event is free!
Please register at the box office from 3:30 pm onwards.
